Cancellation policy.... All reservations canceled 24 hours prior to delivery will receive a full refund. You can make changes to your reservation at anytime.
After Hours Service... Are you a victim of delayed flights, bad weather and late arrivals needing service? Call 1-866-323 7547 to make proper adjustments to your reservation.
Save up to 20%.... Make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance and receive up to a 20% discount. Advance reservations require a $20 per person deposit by credit card.
Helmets.... D2D does offer helmet rentals..... Cost is $8 per day....reserve with your rental package.
AM vs PM delivery.... If you select an AM delivery you will be charged for that day. If you select a PM delivery you won’t be charged for the day the equipment is delivered.
If you select an AM pick-up you won’t be charged for that day. If you select a PM pick-up you will be charged for that day of skiing.
Skier Ability.... Type I Ski Cautiously, Type II Ski Moderately, Type III Ski Aggressively.
Demo Purchase Program... Enjoyed your ski rental experience? Want to buy the ski or board you rented? Door to Door by Christy Sports will apply your rental dollars up to 2 days toward the purchase of the rental or demo equipment. You can ride, purchase and have your equipment shipped directly to your home.
